We as the people, would expect the doctors to do the best job they can, when ever they are needed. For example if you are diagnosed with cancer, then you would expect the doctors to give you the best treatment. Throughout history people have always been after power. The most common place to make a positive change is diet. Cancer needs an acidic environment to survive and in most cases the diets in the U.S. accommodate this need.
